Day 1: WELCOME TO REYKJAVIK

After arriving in Reykjavík and settling into your accommodation, take a leisurely walk down Laugavegur, the city's bustling main street lined with an array of shops and delightful cafes. Reykjavík, nicknamed 'Steamy Cove' due to its geothermal activity, is a vibrant city renowned for its cultural richness and lively nightlife. It proudly houses the world's oldest parliament, the Alþingi.
With a modest population of 200,000 in the Greater Reykjavík area, comprising two-thirds of Iceland's total population, the city offers breathtaking views of mountains and the Atlantic Ocean from almost every vantage point.
During summer, witness the mesmerizing midnight sun phenomenon at the harbor, where the sun barely dips below the horizon before rising again. Reykjavík is known for its abundance of geothermal wells, ensuring residents benefit from affordable central heating and a clean, smoke-free environment.
Day 2: HISTORY, HOT SPRINGS AND LAVA WATERFALLS

Along the coastline, you'll encounter picturesque sights like the Dritvík Cove, the Lóndrangar Cliffs, the Arnarstapi Cliffs, the charming hamlet of Hellnar, and several quaint fishing villages.
To add a fun twist and step into the past, visit Djúpalónssandur, a pebble-covered beach featuring the historic "lifting stones" once used to assess men's strength for fishing boat tasks—a perfect spot for a memorable photo opportunity.
Day 4: WINTER MAGIC OF THE GOLDEN CIRCLE

Begin your journey with the enthralling Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, inviting you to stroll through the rift valley between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates.
Continuing along the route, the Haukadalur geothermal area awaits, showcasing the original geyser, Geysir, and its livelier counterpart, Strokkur, offering a captivating natural spectacle. Conclude your day's adventure with a visit to the awe-inspiring Gullfoss waterfall, an emblematic gem of Iceland's landscapes, before heading southward to your accommodation.
Day 5: WATERFALLS & BLACK BEACHES IN SOUTH ICELAND

Today’s exploration centers on Iceland’s southern coast, highlighting its rich natural splendor and variety. Commence your journey with a visit to the grand Seljalandsfoss waterfall, offering an opportunity to wander along a path behind the misty veil of the cascade.
A brief drive along the Ring Road leads you to another captivating waterfall, the impressive 60-meter-tall Skógafoss. Next, venture to Reynisfjara, the renowned black sand beach, where you'll be treated to breathtaking vistas of the Reynisdrangar basalt sea stacks and the Dyrhólaey cape.
Note: Please exercise caution when visiting Reynisfjara Beach near Vík due to the presence of powerful rogue/sneaker waves and a strong undertow current. Always maintain a safe distance from the water's edge and heed the warning signs before exploring the beach.
Day 6: GLACIERS AND FLOATING ICEBERGS

Starting your adventure from Kirkjubæjarklaustur, set your sights on exploring the wondrous natural landscapes of Day 6. Your journey takes you to the captivating Skaftafell, a significant segment within the expansive Vatnajökull National Park, celebrated for its breathtaking natural beauty.
Move forward to the renowned Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon, where a mesmerizing display of drifting icebergs awaits your admiration. Adjacent to this extraordinary sight lies the spellbinding Diamond Beach, adorned with sizable ice formations sculpted by the glacier lagoon's rhythmic waves.
