Höfn Swimming Pool (Sundlaug Hafnar) is the municipal outdoor pool at Víkurbraut 9 in Höfn í Hornafirði, the main town of south-east Iceland and the usual overnight stop between Jökulsárlón and the Eastfjords. It opened in April 2009 and is part of the town's sports-facility area, next to the campsite and close to the town centre.
The main pool is 25 metres long and kept at about 29°C. Around it are two hot tubs at about 41°C, one of them with massage jets, a children's wading pool at about 36°C, a cold plunge tub, a steam bath and three different water slides. It is a family-friendly pool with plenty for children.
The pool is open all year, from 06:45 to 21:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 19:00 at weekends. The long evening hours make it easy to fit in after a day at Jökulsárlón, the Diamond Beach or the glacier lagoons at Fláajökull and Heinaberg, all within about an hour's drive.
The 2026 price for a single adult entry is 1,450 ISK, with ten-visit cards at 6,500 ISK. Seniors pay 620 ISK and disabled visitors swim free. Children who live in the municipality swim free; visiting families should ask at the desk about the child rate. Swimsuits and towels can be hired for 1,035 ISK each. As at every Icelandic pool, shower without a swimsuit before entering the water.
