Very quiet camper site, looks abandoned upon arrival, but in the evening people are dripping in. Very good price, for 2 people, camper with electricity you pay 4K ISK. Lady is collecting fee in the evening at each camper. She is not very friendly. You can pay by card. Men's toilets are clean, except for the men's shower which is very dirty, also disgusting shower head. But shower is available for no extra fee. Paper towels are not always refilled, some soap dispensers are empty. Woman's toilet is very messy and not cleaned when looking at 4 pm even. Hot water present in hand wash sinks and at sinks to do the dishes. Waste bins for recycling present, also play garden for the kids. A lot of room to park, site is quite big. Electricity boxes are working but ours was totally rusted out and was missing a closing lid. Great view at the ocean though. Nice for a evening walk. The sound of the ocean trucks you in for sleep. You are protected from the wind by the dunes. Still 3 stars for the location, the hot water and included shower.

One of the best campsites we stayed at! Great warm showers (included), an outdoor sink area and indoor heated area to sit and eat. Nice walk out to the beach and a resident cat that visits. As of August 2025, it was 3000 isk for two people. One of the cheaper places we stayed with better amenities.
