All and all an OK camp. Clean, nice common kitchen area with stoves and tools, several toilets. Nice view. We took down a star as there was an extra payment for showers (500ISK) and laundry service is expensive compared to other camps we visited (800ISK per washer and 800ISK per dryer). There is a heated pool, entrance fee includes the shower as well (around 1500ISK per person, we didn’t use it so I don’t remember exactly).
We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The campground is very quiet, perfect for resting. It has good electric hookup spots, ideal for motorhomes and camper vans. The bathrooms were in excellent condition—looked almost new. The shared kitchen is well-equipped, with two single-burner electric stoves, a toaster, and basic utensils that make the stay easier. We didn’t get to use the showers or the pool since they open at 10 a.m. and we left earlier, but overall, the place seemed very well maintained. The price was also fair.
Stayed here because husavek camping was one on top of another. This is pretty cool. Large meadow with views and privacy with windbreaks. Lots of toilets. Have to pay for shower. We payed 65 us dollars for 4 adults and 15 yr old and campervan/tent. Cooking facility small. Bonus they have pool but have to pay small fee. Would have been truly awesome to use pool but just got back from geosea. Nice place in countryside.
