Íþróttamiðstöðin í Reykholti is the sports centre in Reykholt, 801 Selfoss. Its pool area has an outdoor pool, water slide, hot tubs and cold tub; the wider centre includes a gym and sports hall. The 2026 tariff lists adult entry at 1,250 ISK, child entry at 600 ISK and free admission for senior or disabled visitors.
The pool and gym were closed for renewal work on 23 August 2026, while the sports hall remained open. An earlier completion date of 1 September 2026 was announced, but the pool was still closed at the latest update. Contact the operator before travelling to establish whether the pool, changing areas and gym have reopened and whether normal prices apply. Public opening hours are not published while the work continues. Ask whether the slide, tubs and changing areas are available before making a special trip.
