At Suðurströnd 8–10 in Seltjarnarnes, Seltjarnarneslaug has a four-lane 25-metre pool, a children’s pool and a wading pool. Facilities also include four hot tubs, including a massage tub, two cold tubs, a steam room, a slide, children’s play equipment and an outdoor shelter. The outdoor pool is heated to 29°C. Its water comes directly from a mineral-rich municipal geothermal bore. A private changing room is available for disabled people, seniors accompanied by an assistant and people who cannot use shared changing rooms.

Hours are Monday–Friday 06:30–22:00 and Saturday–Sunday 08:00–19:30. Adult admission is 1,300 ISK; children under 18 and people aged 67+ enter free. Public-holiday hours differ from ordinary opening, and annual maintenance closes the pool for five weekdays in May, so check dates before travelling.
