    1. Start

      Departure from Reykjavík

      Join the Super Jeep in Reykjavík, or at an alternative pickup point confirmed with the operator in Hveragerði or Selfoss.

    2. Hekla, conditions permitting

      Travel towards Hekla; access to the higher ridge is possible only when conditions permit.

    3. Landmannalaugar

      Spend time hiking or bathing in the natural hot pool, according to access and the agreed plan.

    4. Gjáin

      Visit the highland valley on the journey back, subject to local conditions.

    5. End

      Return to Reykjavík

      Return to Reykjavík for the drop-off arranged with your driver-guide.
