- The starting point for the whale-watching tour is the Special Tours Ticket Office at Geirsgata 11, 101 Reykjavík.
- A valid form of ID is required upon arrival for check-in.
- You only need to select a departure time for the whale-watching tour. The museum ticket is open, allowing you to visit anytime, even on a different day from your whale-watching tour. This applies to both Whale Watching Classic and Whale Watching Express tours.
- Please note: Pick-up begins 60 minutes before the tour departure time.
