Ásgarðslaug sits in the Ásgarður sports centre in central Garðabær. Its 25-metre pool has five lanes and is kept at 29°C. Younger swimmers have a 65-centimetre children’s pool with massage jets, a 35°C wading pool and a slide. The complex also includes two massage hot tubs at 39°C and 42°C, a cold tub, a 47°C steam room and outdoor changing rooms.
Monday–Friday hours are 06:30–22:00, Saturday hours are 08:00–18:00, and Sunday hours extend to 22:00 from 1 June to 30 September. A single swim costs 1,350 ISK. Children aged 0–17, visitors aged 67 or older and disabled visitors enter free with the required Garðakort. Accessible changing facilities and a wheelchair lift into the pool are available. Holiday schedules can differ from the regular hours.
