Flateyri Swimming Pool at Tjarnargata has a 16-metre pool, massage tub, outdoor sauna and outdoor hot wading pools. The facility shares its site with a sports hall and gym. There are no private changing cabins. Summer hours from 2 June are Monday–Friday 10:00–20:00 and Saturday–Sunday 10:00–17:00.
Winter hours beginning 23 August are Tuesday–Thursday 14:00–20:00 and Saturday–Sunday 11:00–17:00; it is closed Monday and Friday. Single entry is 1,420 ISK, a ten-visit card 8,530 ISK, a 30-visit card 20,470 ISK and an annual card 25,030 ISK. Under-18s enter free, while pensioners and disabled visitors receive a 50% single-entry discount. The displayed prices have no stated effective date. The sauna and wading pools are outdoors.
