Illugastaðir Swimming Pool is a seasonal outdoor pool in Fnjóskadalur. The pool area includes two hot tubs and a cold tub. Summer 2026 prices were 1,200 ISK for adults, 600 ISK for senior or disabled visitors and 400 ISK for ages 6–16. An adult ten-visit card was 9,600 ISK.
The late-summer 2026 schedule was daily except Thursday, 12:00–16:00, and visitors could remain for 30 minutes after the advertised closing time. Saturday 22 August was the final opening day of the 2026 season. Confirm the next season’s dates and hours directly before travelling rather than relying on the former late-summer timetable. The current operator contact should be used for practical questions, as an older telephone number differs from the one now in use. Accessibility arrangements and an authoritative map location are not currently published.
