Sundhöll Seyðisfjarðar at Suðurgata 5 is a historic swimming hall designed by Guðjón Samúelsson and opened on 8 July 1948. It has a 12.5-by-7-metre indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a cold tub, sauna and garden area. The pool water is often kept warm, and the facility is used for early-childhood swimming.
From 1 September to 31 May, opening is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 07:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00, Tuesday and Thursday 07:00–11:00, Saturday 11:00–14:00 and Sunday closed. From 1 June to 31 August, weekdays are 07:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00, Saturday 11:00–14:00 and Sunday closed. Adult entry is 1,220 ISK, children from outside Múlaþing pay 420 ISK, and local residents aged 0–18 enter free. The tariff was approved on 15 December 2025 without a stated effective date; pensioners and disabled visitors receive a 50% discount.
