Ride your own high-performance Yamaha snowmobile on Langjökull during a fast-paced, single-rider glacier experience for adults with prior vehicle confidence.

The guide adapts speed and route to weather, snow, terrain and participant ability. The minimum age is 18.

The guide may change the order, timing or accessibility of stops when weather, roads, glacier conditions or local closures require it.

  1. Start

    Gullfoss Café meeting point

    Meet at Gullfoss Café and check in for the glacier transfer.

  2. Monster-truck transfer and briefing

    Ride to the glacier base, receive the supplied outer gear and complete a detailed safety briefing.

  3. High-performance glacier snowmobiling

    Ride a single-seat Yamaha Viper on a guide-selected route. This fast-paced experience is for adults and is not operated as a two-person snowmobile tour.

  4. End

    Return to Gullfoss

    Return by the operator’s glacier vehicle to the Gullfoss meeting point.
