Downtown Reykjavík has no shortage of evening spots, and The Dubliners is one of the budget-friendly ones — useful in a part of town where prices climb quickly. There's more than one location, but this is the central one, within walking distance of most downtown accommodation.
Coming back into the centre after a Golden Circle or south-coast day trip, this is an easy landing for an evening that stays relaxed rather than grand. Two things to plan around: it opens only in the evenings and closes completely on Mondays, and because the name covers a few venues, aim squarely for the central one.
