Plantan Bistro, located inside the Nordic House, is led by the team behind the popular Plantan Café on Njálsgata. Owners Hrafnhildur Gunnarsdóttir, Bernódus Óli Einarsson, and Júlía Sif Liljudóttir bring their passion for plant-based cooking to a new setting, creating dishes that follow the seasons and highlight fresh, high-quality ingredients.
