Equipment and safety briefing
The certified guide fits the group with glacier equipment and explains movement, hazards and the day’s route.
Transfer to Falljökull
Travel from the terminal toward Falljökull and complete the approach to the glacier.
Challenging extended glacier hike
Follow a longer, more demanding route across Falljökull for deeper exploration of the glacier terrain.
Return to Skaftafell
Visit Return to Skaftafell as part of the guided route. Timing and access can change with local conditions.
