  1. Start

    Meet Tröll Expeditions in Hof

    Check in at Tröll Expeditions Skaftafell in Hof before the booked departure. This activity does not include Reykjavík pickup.

  2. Equipment and local glacier transfer

    Collect the glacier safety equipment and travel with the guide to the Falljökull approach.

  3. Glacier hike and natural ice cave

    Explore Falljökull on foot and visit a natural ice cave when current conditions allow. The guide chooses the safe route.

  4. End

    Return to the Tröll meeting point

    Leave the glacier with the guide and return to the local meeting point in Hof.
