Itinerary

Check in at Tröll Expeditions Skaftafell in Hof before the booked departure. This activity does not include Reykjavík pickup.
Collect the glacier safety equipment and travel with the guide to the Falljökull approach.
Hike on Falljökull and practise ice climbing with your guide and the supplied equipment. The guide selects suitable ice and climbing sites.
Leave the glacier with the guide and return to the local meeting point in Hof.
Meet at Tröll Expeditions Skaftafell in Hof. Follow the meeting or pickup instructions on the booking voucher and be ready before the stated time.
The minimum age is 12. The activity level is medium; guests must be comfortable with the terrain described on this page.
Bring warm layers, waterproof outerwear, gloves and a hat. Glacier boots are included.
