Horse Riding and Spa: Sky Lagoon

  • Operated by Viking Horses

Overview

Afternoon lava ride from Reykjavík followed by a Sky Lagoon Pure Pass, with pick-up included but no transfer home from the lagoon.

The Mjölnir afternoon route runs from the stables on Icelandic horses, with riding gear, helmets, jackets, rain trousers, refreshments and English-speaking guides supplied. Guests are then driven to Sky Lagoon near the city centre, where the Pure Pass covers admission, a towel and the seven-step ritual.

The ride suits beginners and intermediate riders, and the minimum age is 12. Pick-up and drop-off are included for the riding part of the day, but the transfer from Sky Lagoon back to accommodation is not, so guests leave the lagoon independently. Bring a swimsuit and dress for the weather.
